Absolut Vodka

By | August 18, 2009

The first time I tasted Absolut Vodka was when I was a college freshman, and ever since then, it has become one of my preferred spirits.

Absolut Vodka is a Swedish brand of vodka which comes from Ã…hus, Scania, in southern Sweden. It is the third largest brand of alcoholic spirits in the world after Bacardi and Smirnoff and is marketed in 126 countries, which includes the Philippines. (Source)

Anyway, enough history.

So how do I take my Absolut? Well, I fill half a glass with it and then top it with a clear soda (like Sprite or 7-up).

Then just sip and enjoy. Here’s a shot of me enjoying some Absolut Vodka during a night out at Club Embassy, The Fort, where one of my friends celebrated her birthday a few weeks ago.

    Happy Birthday Mr. Thirstyblogger,

I just remember how I started drinking beer at age of seven I think when I was at grade one. As I wanted to try your way how to drink that vodka is just a dream to me now. I don’t want to drink anymore as I feel bad about it. Just enjoy how it good it is.
