Beestop Beez Shakers in General Santos City

As part of the Soccsksargen Experience Tour, we visited a fast food place in General Santos City called, Beestop.

It’s quite a simple place but I can say that the food there is delicious and yet, very much affordable.

They specialize on chicken meals and are proud of their chicken inasal, homestyle fried chicken and my personal favorite, the garlic fried chicken.

It may look simple, but I assure you that this piece of chicken is bursting with yummy garlicky flavor that I actually ate two cups of rice. This single meal is only worth P50, but add P30 and you’ll get unlimited rice!

Recently, they launched their Pancit Pyesta platters. Beestop now offers group servings of Pancit Canton, Bihon Guisado, Bam-I, Palabok, Lomi, Mami and my recommendation, the Sotanghon Guisado above. It’s good for four people and only costs P140!

And that my friend, is their Mocha “Beez Shaker”. Beestop sells ice-blended pearl shakes called Beez Shakers and they offer a variety of flavors such as Strawberry, Cheese and Rocky Road among others.

Honestly, I was expecting the drink to taste like your ordinary pearl shake but I was pleasantly surprised that this one’s quite refreshing. I don’t know if it’s the brand of flavored powder they use, or their ice-powder-water proportion – but it sure is very tasty for me.

Beestop Food hauz can be found at the first floor of RD Building along Santiago Boulevard, just below the Pag-Ibig Office in General Santos City, with outlets coming out soon in Purok Malakas and Robinsons Mall Gensan.
