If you ever find yourself in Tacloban City in Leyte, be sure to visit this wonderful place called Cafe Lucia.
It’s located along Real street, Sagkahan and is close to the Tacloban Astrodome.
The cafe and restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Rotary Club office building.
It’s nice and cozy inside the cafe. Chairs, tables and sofas are all around. There’s a gallery of artwork from local artists on the side and an assortment of pastries and other products on display.
But rather than staying inside, I would recommend that you go and hang out outside, so you could have a great view of the Leyte Gulf.
According to my friends who’ve been there before, their Carbonara is a must try. But I was not hungry when I went there and instead, just ordered an ice-blended mocha.
I must say that it’s quite nice and chocolatey. I like how it’s well-blended and not too sweet for my taste.
And I guess that’s it for now! Stay tuned for more thirsty travel adventures coming soon. 😀
