Bo’s Coffee is a Filipino owned coffee shop which originates from Cebu. Their very first branch was in Ayala Center Cebu back in 1996.
Interestingly, I remember drinking there back in 1998 when I had the opportunity to visit the region. And more than a decade after, you can see that they’ve really grown – with currently 40 branches nationwide.
And one of my favorite beverages in Bo’s Coffee is their Caramello Latte or simply, the Caramel Latte. A caramel latte is basically espresso, steamed milk and caramel syrup.
What I like about Bo’s Coffee’s version of this drink is that the sweetness of the caramel is balanced tightly with the strength of the espresso – which I find interesting to the taste.
Bo’s Coffee offers a wide variety of beverages including ice blended drinks, tea and many others. They also offer sandwiches, pastries and pasta – which I plan to try soon.
How about you? Have you been to Bo’s Coffee? If so, what’s your favorite drink there?
The photos above were taken from their branch in SM Mall of Asia. Their newest branch is the one in Glorietta 5 in Makati.
