As part of the Soccsksargen Experience Tour, we visited a fast food place in General Santos City called, Beestop. It’s quite a simple place but I can say that the food there is delicious and yet, very much affordable.
Davao is home to a lot of locally-owned coffee shops and one of the most popular would have to be Blugre Coffee. It is Davao’s first specialty coffee shop which started way back in 1998. And I had the chance to visit their main branch at Matina Town Square in Davao last May.

If ever you find yourself inside Gaisan Mall in General Santos City, I highly recommend that you check out Port Cafe at the second floor. It’s a spacious dining place and home to probably one of the best chocolate shakes I’ve ever tasted.

If you love eating seafood and you find yourself in General Santos City, then you should definitely visit Red Trellis Seafood Garden – I can vouch that it’s one of the must-eat places in the city. And I think, it’s the only place in the city where you can order a strawberry slushie. 😛
