The Farm at Carpenter Hills Koronadal: Brewed Coffee and More

If you find yourself in Koronadal, South Cotabato, there’s a resort there you should check out. It comes before you reach the downtown area, if you’re coming from General Santos – it’s called The Farm @ Carpenter Hills.

During my last visit in the region, I was able to visit the place together with the SOX Bloggers. We had breakfast there and was able to try the different food in their menu and go around the place.

The Farm is a zen-inspired garden resort and hotel. It’s relaxing to walk around the place. You’ll see lots of trees and structures made of bamboo and wood. Here’s a peek inside one of their rooms.

We had a very hearty meal that morning. Among the various dishes served, my favorites were the garden salad…

Their fried rice with lots of hotdog and tocino bits…

And the chicken-pork adobo!

Everything went well with the “Cafe Americano”-style brewed coffee they served us. Below is their open-air coffee shop called Aviary Cafe, where we had our breakfast.

Thank you to the management of The Farm @ Carpenter Hills for accommodating us bloggers that day. If you wish to know more about them, you can visit their website here.
