Are you feeling adventurous? Then I dare you to try Triple Chocolate Maple Passion over at BoNa Coffee.
Why? Because this decadent chocolate concoction is not only sweet and tasty, but it kicks your senses up to the roof with its sprinkle of crushed chili pepper. Yes – crushed, dried, red chili pepper.
What’s exactly inside the Triple Chocolate Maple Passion? Here are the main ingredients:
- Chocolate syrup
- A shot of Bavarian Chocolate syrup
- A shot of Espresso Roast
- Fresh whipped cream infused with Canadian Maple syrup
- A sprinkle of crushed dried, red chili pepper
- A dash of shaved bitter Chocolate
This is definitely not your ordinary Cafe Mocha.
As far as I know, this drink is only available locally in BoNa Coffee. Although after doing some research, I learned that this drink was originally invented by Stuart Ross of Bull Dog Coffee in Toronto, Canada.
His original recipe for the Triple Chocolate Maple Passion won the Central Region Canadian Barista Championship held last February 2005. Wow!
So how about you? Can you take the heat? Go ahead and try this one soon.
